Back-order Policy

We do not automatically backorder out of stock items. It is the customer’s responsibility to re-order an out of stock item and we can get it in a short period of time.

Pre-order Policy

We occasionally take pre-orders for upcoming releases. When you “pre-order” an item, we are ordering an item specially for you, thus, no cancellation for this category. Contact us to know the release date.

Order Confirmation

Shortly after you submit your order, a message order confirmation will be sent to your mobile that your order was received by us.  However, if you do not receive the confirmation, please SMS us immediately.

Also, if your item is out of stock, we can order it for you to be received in a short time.

Shipping Policy

Currently, the delivery is limited to KUWAIT only for FREE.

Your items will be delivered to your door-step after informing you about the delivery date. Please ensure that the provided delivey address and mobile number are correct and accurate to avoid any delays or missing up orders.

Payment Policy

Currently, payment options are limited to cash on delivery.
